Access to the Site does not grant the User any right over such intellectual or industrial property.

5. Exclusion and limitation of liability

About the informational content. The information published on the Site (product descriptions, Journal articles, usage rituals, and scientific content) is informational and educational in nature, and does not constitute medical advice or recommendation. Medycanna products are wellness items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, unless they hold a health registration stating otherwise. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
